We contact the estate agent on your behalf to confirm the appointment.
We will conduct the inspection and inspect all internal areas including the roof space, all external areas plus subfloor and all sheds and fencing and all retaining walls.
We will contact you after our inspection and also email the report the same day in most cases. If there are areas of concern we will advise you of approx cost to rectify and all other recommendations that we think will benefit your decision to progress further.
